PAYMENT
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks via PayPal. Your information is safe and secure, because PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information using 128-bit SSL—the highest level of commercial encryption currently available. I never have any access to your payment information. Once your payment clears, your order will ship.
If you prefer not to have your payment processed through Paypal, I can take a credit card over the phone. It will then be processed by Square, which is also extremely secure. Click here to read more about their security measures.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped in reuesable, recyclable, biodegradable poly envelopes. Items will be shipped within 3 business days.
Domestic Orders: are shipped via first class mail or parcel post, and include delivery confirmation.
International Orders: are also shipped via first class mail, and do not include tracking or insurance. I am not responsible for lost international orders. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges, etc that may occur with your shipment.
Insurance is available for all orders. Please let me know if you would like to add it on, and I will invoice you. If you need your item faster, please contact me to upgrade your shipping. Any shipping charges in excess of $1.00 will be refunded once your order ships.
TAX
All New York State residents will be charged sales tax, at a rate of 8.00%.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
I do my best to photograph my items so that the colors are true to life. However, monitors do vary. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item. You will be given the option of a refund, or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you have already begun to use your purchase, and are unhappy for any reason at all, please do contact me so we can work something out.

GIFT SERVICES
Is your purchase a gift? I am happy to send it directly to your recipient. I can wrap items in gift wrap and even include a special message. If it is for a swap, I can leave your name off the note. I also offer gift cards! They can be mailed by snail mail or email. Contact me for more info!
